Are you passionate about building safety and delivering excellent customer service? Do you have a strong background in managing complex property information and ensuring compliance with key regulations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Fire Remediation Team.

As the Fire Remediation Programme Information Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and dissemination of fire remediation programme and project information. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the major works team, you will maintain compliance with building safety legislation while upholding the Golden Thread of project information throughout all stages of the process, from conception to completion. 

You will also take responsibility for developing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), compiling crucial building data to support claims and grant applications, and managing financial performance records. Additionally, you will participate in programme reviews to enhance efficiency, ensure regulatory submissions are timely and accurate, and support collaborative efforts across the organisation.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in property information management, ideally in fire remediation or compliance.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly around programme and cost information.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and other IT tools for property management.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and administrative abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and a solid understanding of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
