Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused and looking to grow your career in administration? Join Peabody as a Repairs Administrator and play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our property services.
You’ll be an essential part of our centralised Repairs Team, handling disrepair cases and ensuring our residents receive timely and effective service. From logging legal claims and scheduling inspections to coordinating with surveyors and processing payments, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Log new disrepair claims using CRM and housing systems (e.g. Northgate)
- Coordinate with residents and surveyors to arrange property inspections
- Create and manage repair cases, ensuring each one is accurately tracked
- Send letters, emails, and SMS updates to residents
- Liaise with solicitors and process agreed payments via IPOS
- Manage a high volume of data while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate closely with surveyors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- The ability to investigate and analyse data from multiple sources
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A collaborative and proactive mindset
- Flexibility to be office-based on Mondays and Wednesdays in Pitsea
Desirable:
- Experience working in repairs or disrepair-related roles
