You’ll identify and manage safety risks, carry out inspections, and work closely with internal teams and external regulators to keep our homes safe and secure. Alongside this, you’ll lead resident engagement by providing clear updates, managing safety-related concerns, and promoting a culture of trust and transparency.

What You’ll Need

  • In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and its practical application.
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification or substantial experience in fire safety, structural engineering, or building surveying.
  • Proven experience managing building/fire safety in residential high-rise buildings.
  • Strong understanding of construction, fire risk assessments, and relevant guidance (e.g., Approved Document B, BS9991).
  • Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with residents, contractors, and regulators.
