Are you ready to take the lead in delivering high-quality refurbishment projects that make a real difference? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You’ll manage major refurbishment programmes, oversee internal and external projects, and lead initiatives from inception to completion—on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work closely with consultants and contractors to deliver exceptional projects that meet customer satisfaction targets. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide technical advice as needed. Acting as the Client under CDM Regulations, you’ll represent the department, address customer concerns promptly, and promote the positive impact of the Investment team. Additionally, you’ll oversee project performance from start to finish, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: MRICS, CIOB, Degree, HNC, or relevant project management experience. NEBOSH or SMSTS qualifications are an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing refurbishment contracts, conducting surveys, and budget management.
  • Skills: Exceptional time management, communication, and attention to detail. A talent for handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Expertise in building construction, current contracts, and industry best practices.
