Our Vacancy

We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical Investment Reporting Analyst to join our Development Strategy and Reporting team. In this pivotal role, you’ll design and manage a suite of reporting tools that ensure our investment programmes spanning development, Sales planned works, and remediation are powered by accurate, actionable data.

As an Investment Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of reports that support Development, Asset Investment and Project Managers, Heads of Service, and Directors in monitoring their projects and programmes. You’ll create exception reports to ensure data integrity and collaborate with the Programme and Procedure team to deliver accurate monthly KPIs. Your role will involve providing insightful sales, programme and asset investment reporting and stock analysis, as well as developing innovative, automated reporting solutions that forecast future performance. 

You’ll deliver departmental programme reporting using core data sources, track regional performance, and make recommendations to improve profitability. Additionally, you’ll ensure consistent data and system management across departments, support strategic planning through trend analysis, and work closely with Finance and other corporate teams to standardise Power BI reporting and resolve cross-system data issues.

You’ll bring

  • A demonstrable track record in delivering innovative reporting using Excel and Power BI
  • A minimum of three years of proven experience in developing Power BI reports, including proficiency in writing DAX formulas.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience managing budgets and interpreting complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
