Our Vacancy
We are looking for female applicants only for this role as it is an all-women’s service. The Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, Paragraph 1 applies to this post.
Your typical day could start with creating and implementing support plans consistently and correctly for our customers. Then you might be supporting individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community by being innovative, enthusiastic and encouraging.
As a Care Support Worker, you’ll be assisting people to live their best life. With a particular focus supporting people with kindness and compassion. You will support people with all aspects of daily living including assisting people with their personal care and health needs.
Your kind, compassionate and driven to protect the rights of the people you support. You’ll respect individual characters you are supporting and the different wants and needs they may have. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be available to work on a rota basis which is covered over a 24/7 period. Some waking nights and sleep ins will be required.

Please note there's a full time and part time opportunity available.
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Sunday, 24/7 rota.
A Full UK driving licence is required for this role.

- Experience supporting vulnerable young women, particularly those with high support needs.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and safeguarding principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to set and maintain professional boundaries.
- Resilience and empathy, balancing compassion with assertiveness to manage complex situations.
- Proficiency in IT and reporting, with the ability to follow detailed procedures.
