About the Role

As Reward Lead, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of a critical project focused on job families, grading architecture, and data integrity. You’ll lead the development and implementation of a simplified and fair reward framework, while also advising on the long-term operating model, systems, and capabilities needed to sustain it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a strategic review of Peabody’s pay and reward approach.
  • Develop and implement job families, grading structures, and role profiles.
  • Deliver annual reward cycles including annual salary reviews and gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with DE&I goals, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Engage and advise senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Maintain data integrity and develop reward dashboards for continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the Executive Team and Board.

About You

You are a confident and analytical reward professional with:

  • A degree or equivalent experience within reward.
  • Strong numerical and Excel skills, with experience handling complex data sets.
  • Proven experience in reward across multiple geographies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and business-savvy mindset.

What We Offer

  • A chance to lead a high-impact project with executive visibility.
  • A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth.

Why Work With Us?

  • 30 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
  • 2 paid volunteering days per year
  • Flexible benefits scheme
  • 4x salary life assurance
  • Up to 10% pension contribution
