Are you passionate about driving performance through insight and helping to shape a high-performing repairs service? Do you have a track record of leading end-to-end analytical projects and delivering measurable improvements in a service delivery context?
As a Lead Repairs Analyst, you’ll play a central role in improving the performance, efficiency, and value for money of our repairs service. Using your commercial acumen and analytical expertise, you’ll lead the way in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and service improvement. Narrative is key and you’ll be a confident communicator who can lead on improvement initiatives from end to end and take ownership of projects.
You’ll be a proactive and detail-focused analyst with strong technical skills and a passion for turning complex data into clear, practical recommendations. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and commercial colleagues, you’ll be the subject matter expert and lead on performance and commercial analysis, identifying trends, and highlighting opportunities to improve service delivery. You’ll produce regular, high-quality reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
You’ll manage and develop a Repairs Analyst, supporting their growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs. With your guidance, the team will deliver robust reporting, data quality processes, and dashboards that support a culture of continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead analysis that directly impacts customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll be expected to work from the Westminster Bridge Road office a minimum of two days per week.
To be successful in this role, you’re:
- Experienced in data analysis or performance reporting, ideally in a housing or repairs environment
- Skilled in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel, with the ability to develop clear and impactful dashboards
- Strong in your understanding of KPIs and service performance metrics
- Comfortable working with commercial and financial data to identify efficiencies
- A confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and present complex findings clearly
- Experienced in managing and developing others in an analytical environment
- Organised, outcome-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
