Our Vacancy

Your typical day could start with reviewing asset data from a newly completed development, ensuring it’s accurately uploaded into our systems and ready for operational use. You might then meet with Building Managers to provide updates on compliance data and support them in managing their stock. Later, you could be analysing gaps in asset records, preparing reports to support our long-term asset management strategy, and helping to improve how we collect and use data across the organisation.

As an Asset Information Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring Peabody’s asset data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with post-Hackitt compliance obligations. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve our systems, particularly Swordfish, Keystone and EDMS, ensuring that property and building safety information is complete and usable. Your work will directly impact how we manage our homes, keep residents safe, and plan for the future.

You’re detail-oriented and data-savvy, with a passion for getting things right. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively across teams and using your technical knowledge to solve problems and improve services. You’ll be based in the office for key collaboration days, with flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. Your role covers everything from data analysis to reporting and stakeholder engagement. If you’re motivated by accuracy, compliance, and making a difference for residents, we’d love to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you’re:

  • committed to delivering accurate, high-quality data and reports that support compliance and strategic planning.
  • organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • a confident communicator, comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • experienced in data management and reporting, ideally using systems like Keystone and Northgate.
  • proactive and collaborative, with a flexible approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

About You

You will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data manipulation and reporting skills using Excel or similar systems
  • Experience delivering excellent customer care and valuing diversity
  • Strong report writing skills (technical and non-technical)
  • A good basic knowledge of residential construction (refurbishment and new build)
  • IT literacy, with experience managing stock condition databases (Keystone, MRI Asset and housing management systems desirable)
  • Basic technical knowledge of construction, engineering, and maintenance issues

Here are just a few of the benefits of working at Peabody:

  • 30 days’ annual holiday, plus bank holidays (specific number of days for the role)
  • two additional paid volunteering days each year
  • flexible benefits scheme, including family friendly benefits and access to a discount portal
  • 4 x salary life assurance
  • up to 10% pension contribution
