Our Vacancy

Are you an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you have the energy and initiative to build strong relationships across teams and support senior leaders with confidence and discretion?

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to two Directors across the Corporate Affairs and People directorates. This is MORE than a traditional PA role, it’s an opportunity to become a key part of two influential teams, helping them run smoothly and effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing complex and often conflicting diaries, correspondence, and meeting schedules for two busy Directors.
  • Acting as a trusted ambassador for the directorates, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and board papers with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Providing administrative support for directorate-wide projects and events, such as recognition programmes, internal communications, and team initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the wider Executive Support and PA team to ensure seamless service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident, adaptable team player with a can-do attitude and a high level of common sense.
  • Someone who can work independently but is also energised by being part of a team – even when the role can feel isolated at times.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, inclusive approach to relationship-building.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a PA or executive support role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
