Our Vacancy

Please note that we have 2 positions available.

Your typical day could start with reviewing updates to asset lifecycle procedures and preparing for a cross-departmental meeting to align operational practices, before working with colleagues to ensure compliance with the Investment Operating Framework. Later, you might be coaching your team member on a new process rollout or reviewing data to support procedural improvements across Peabody’s asset portfolio.

As a Senior Manager (Asset Lifecycle Procedures), you’ll be a key link between operational delivery and policy and procedure development. You’ll help shape how Peabody manages its assets, from development through to end-of-life by ensuring our procedures are robust, compliant, and aligned with regulatory expectations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the Investment Directorate, leading on the implementation of the Golden Thread and overseeing the development and integration of procedures across teams.

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a passion for improving systems and processes. You’ll be confident working with complex data, managing risks, and presenting information clearly to a range of audiences. You’ll be based in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely depending on business needs.

Your role covers all aspects of asset lifecycle procedure management, from mapping and aligning frameworks to managing compliance and supporting continuous improvement. If you’re driven by quality, collaboration, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you’re:

  • experienced in leading teams and coaching others to deliver results
  • confident working with financial and operational data to inform decisions
  • skilled at managing risk and navigating complex regulatory environments
  • able to communicate clearly both in writing and person and influence across departments
  • knowledgeable about housing, asset management, and financial systems
