What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Leadership & Management training up to Level 7.
  • Lead exciting apprenticeship programmes and leadership pathways.
  • Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences—classroom, online, and workplace.
  • Support learners every step of the way, from tutorials to End Point Assessments.
  • Work with stakeholders to boost engagement, retention, and achievement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in Leadership & Management development.
  • Teaching qualification (DTLLS or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
  • Experience with apprenticeship standards and OFSTED frameworks.
  • Great communication, organisation, and a passion for learner success.

What to expect from our recruitment process

Our selection process will include one stage:

  • All applications will be reviewed after the closing date, and candidates will be informed by the 19 December if we have decided to progress their application to the next stage.  In-Person Interview and Micro Teaching Task to be held at our Waterloo Office on the 8 January 2026.

  • Ability to work from the Waterloo office two or more days per week
