Get started on your apprenticeship journey

Gain real-life skills and a qualification on our apprenticeship programme.

What's an apprenticeship and who's it for?

Your apprenticeship programme combines hands-on work experience with classroom-based learning. It's a great way to build valuable skills and set a solid foundation for career growth.

It's an excellent way to 'earn while you learn', which makes apprenticeships an excellent choice if you're a school leaver, just starting your career or if you're looking to change your career in a supportive and guided environment.

How do apprenticeships work?

As an apprentice, you'll split your time between working, doing day-to-day tasks while studying at our Academy or a training provider. This means you can apply your learning in real world settings under the mentorship of experienced professionals. You'll gain both a qualification and direct, relevant work experience.

Why choose an apprenticeship with Peabody?

We provide a supportive and enriching environment for you. Our programmes are tailored to offer all-round, hands on experience, along with structured guidance and mentorship from industry experts. We're committed to supporting you to succeed, not only in your role, but also in your long-term career, equipping you with the tools, support and confidence to achieve your goals.

What do you get out of an apprenticeship?

Real world experience

You'll learn essential skills in a live work environment. You'll gain confidence and develop a clear understanding of industry demands and expectations.

Earn while you learn

Unlike other forms of education, apprenticeships offer a salary from day one. So, you'll be paid for your work, making it financially possible to learn new skills and advance professionally.

Gain an industry recognised qualification

Once you've completed your programme you'll get a nationally recognised qualification. This will really enhance your future career prospects and make you highly attractive to employers in various fields.

Career progression

Thanks to hands-on experience, alongside the learning which apprenticeships provide, you'll be well positioned for career progression in your chosen field. We see apprenticeships as a long-term investment, and we offer opportunities for you to continue to progress within our organisation once you've finished.
